3. Account Registration

To use NitoPulse, you must:

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Exceeding plan limits may require an upgrade

7. Third-Party Integrations

NitoPulse integrates with third-party services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by NitoPulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Analytics data and SEO recommendations are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results or improvements in search rankings.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NITOPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NitoPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the retention period

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
